VOYEX is a fictitious name / DBA operated by Finvtage Access LLC and is not a separate legal entity.
Payments made for services marketed under Finvtage Group or VOYEX are payments for services provided by Finvtage Access LLC unless otherwise expressly stated in a written agreement.
5. Services
Finvtage Access LLC provides administrative, bookkeeping support, financial administration support, reporting support and outsourced back-office business services as described on this website and in applicable client agreements.
Website descriptions are general. Specific deliverables, timelines and responsibilities are defined in proposals and written service agreements.
6. Proposals and Service Agreements
A proposal, statement of work or service agreement may be required before services begin. In the event of a conflict between website content and a signed client agreement, the signed agreement controls.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- providing timely, accurate information and access needed to perform services;
- designating authorized contacts;
- reviewing deliverables and communications in a reasonable timeframe; and
- maintaining their own business, legal and financial decision-making authority.
8. Fees and Payments
Fees are as stated in the applicable proposal, invoice or service agreement. Payment obligations are owed to Finvtage Access LLC even when services are marketed under Finvtage Group or VOYEX.
Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services after notice, to the extent permitted by the applicable agreement.
9. Recurring Services
Recurring engagements continue according to the billing cycle and cancellation terms in the applicable service agreement. Changes to scope or fees may require written confirmation.
10. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund and cancellation practices are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If a signed client services agreement contains different refund or cancellation terms, the signed agreement controls.
11. 15-Day Refund Request Policy
Finvtage Access LLC offers a 15-day refund request period for eligible service engagements, including services provided under the VOYEX brand. Eligibility, deductions for completed work, third-party costs and processing details are described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
12. Third-Party Costs
Unless expressly included, fees do not cover third-party software, filing fees, shipping, or other external costs. Non-refundable third-party expenses may be excluded from refund calculations.
13. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to use reasonable care to protect confidential business information received from the other party and to use such information only as needed to perform under the engagement, subject to legal disclosure obligations.
14. Intellectual Property
The website, branding, design, text and original materials on this site are owned by Finvtage Access LLC or used under license. Clients retain ownership of their pre-existing materials. Work product created specifically for a client is handled as stated in the applicable agreement.
15. Client Materials
By providing materials, data or credentials needed for services, you represent that you have the right to provide them and that our use as directed will not knowingly violate third-party rights.
16. Third-Party Platforms
Services may involve third-party platforms selected by the client or agreed for use in the engagement. Finvtage Access LLC is not responsible for outages, policy changes, data loss or security incidents originating from third-party platforms outside our reasonable control.
17. No Professional / Regulated Advice
Finvtage is not a bank, lender, investment adviser, public accounting firm, CPA firm, audit firm, tax law firm or regulated financial institution. Website content and services are administrative, bookkeeping and business support services unless otherwise specifically stated in a written client agreement.
Nothing on this website constitutes legal, tax, investment, lending or audit advice.
18. No Guarantee of Business Outcomes
We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue outcomes, financing approvals, merchant account approvals or operational performance metrics.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finvtage Access LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or business interruption, arising out of or related to the website or services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the services shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Finvtage Access LLC for the specific services giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months preceding the event.
20. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Finvtage Access LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of the website, your breach of these Terms, or your provision of unlawful or infringing materials, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
21. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement according to the applicable service agreement. We may suspend website access or decline services where reasonably necessary to address misuse, non-payment or legal risk.

You may use this website for lawful business purposes. Content is provided for general informational purposes and may be updated without notice.
23. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- attempt unauthorized access to the website or related systems;
- use the site to transmit malware or harmful code;

26. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date will be revised when changes are posted. Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
